This is a quick report on the Philadelphia Phillies fortieth game of the 2026 MLB season to see how the club did in various facets of the game. Since their last Commissioners Trophy in 2008, the Phillies have been to the World Series twice; most recently in 2022. This is an experiment to see if it's ok to add music to the video clip, just to spice up the entertainment value. I do not own the music track heard. From my understanding, it's ok to play a clip of a song without violating copyright laws and the video is not being used for monetary gain or purposes. The track is "Rock and Roll Part 2" by Gary Glitter, released in 1972. This track is heavily associated with sports (sometimes referred to as the "Hey" song). The track was first used by the Colorado Rockies NHL team (1976 to 1982), and during that time period the track took on the alternative title as "The Rocky Hockey Theme Song". The Colorado Rockies NHL team would relocate in 1982 and become the New Jersey Devils. Tonight's game is between the Colorado Rockies baseball team (founded in 1993) and the Philadelphia Phillies from Philadelphia, PA (across the street from the CBP is a Stanley Cup Playoff game at the X-Mo arena).
