Garbage trade. Now, before you even bring up the fact that A.J. Preller was the GM that traded James Shields for Fernando Tatis Jr., do I need to remind you he was the one that signed Shields in the first place, setting us back five years? We should've never been in that situation in the first place. This trade was arguably the worst trade in Padres history, but it's probably not for the reasons you think. Watch the video for my take.
