Hockey Night in San Diego was at the Valley View Casino Center to watch the San Diego Gulls play their inaugural game against the Grand Rapids Griffins. It was a sell out crowd with thousands of San Diego hockey fans enjoying their first ever hometown AHL game The Gulls won 4-2 with an empty net goal late in the third period. Hockey is back!
