Montreal Canadiens prospect Cole Caufield is showing the team that drafted him that his stay in the AHL might be a short one as he scored his 2nd goal in his 1st AHL game midway through the 3rd period to give Laval a 4-3 lead over Toronto. It proved to be the game-winning goal, as the Rocket went on to win, 5-3. It capped a great day for Caufield, as he was named the winner of the Hobey Baker Award earlier in the day, as the best player in U.S. college hockey.
