Despite struggles with inconsistency, Malaysia's Lee Zii Jia has advanced to the second round of the Hangzhou Asian Games. However, during Monday’s press conference after the win, Zii Jia drew some attention. What it was about precisely is not clear, other than response to recent negative press he's received. He started the press conference by saying he wanted to share something and that since his departure from BAM, a lot has been said about him. He says not all of it is true, however. Zii Jia says he understands that the media has a job to do, and he can't stop anyone from reporting what they want. But he's making it clear that his family, and those he deeply cares about are off limits.
