The Portland Winterhawks defeated the T-Birds 5-3 in Portland on February 21. Andrej Kukuca, Conner Roulette and Payton Mount scored for the T-Birds. Mount and Kukuca each had two assists. Blake Lyda made 49 saves. Seth Jarvis scored twice for Portland and Mason Mannek, Reece Newkirk and Cross Hanas had goals. Joel Hofer made 18 saves.
