Valencia, Spain, isn't exactly full of third wave, coffee geek-worthy #coffee shops. Thankfully, I found Blackbird, serving proper espresso drinks with beans from Right Side roastery in Barcelona. Bonus: they're also a charming little bakery baking everything in house.
