Mike Sonko and Conjestina Achieng flag off Cyclist Ben Haggai who will be cycling through 9 countries namely; Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi. He will cover a total of 7,000 km in 40 days.
