Micah Parsons and Dallas Cowboys defense dominates in win vs Washington Football team game reaction. Cowboys beat the Washington Football Team 27-20 at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland Week 14 of the NFL season, December 12, 2021. The Cowboys built an 18-0 lead after one quarter beacuse of the dominant play of their defense and the defensive rookie of the year, Micah Parsons, who is putting his name in the conversation for Defensive Player of the Year. Only Lawrence Taylor has ever won DPOY as a rookie, so Parsons is already drawing comparisons to the NFL Hall-of-Famer. The Cowboys also had Randy Gregory back from injury after missing the previous 3 weeks and Neville Gallimore returned after missing the entire season with a dislocated elbow. Dallas Cowboys are geting nearly full healthy on defense and it's showing behind Dan Quinn's incredibly improved defensive unit. However, the Cowboys offense continues to sputter. Tony Pollard was inactive due to a foot injury and Dak Prescott has been struggling mightily since his injured calf. Dak and the Cowboys offense was playing at an elite level, but since missing a game with the calf injury Dak has looked anything but an MVP. There's still 4 games left in the regular season for the Cowboys and Dak Prescott to get their offense on track. The Cowboys finish the season with a game against the Giants, WFT, Cardinals and then Philadelphia Eagles to close out the regular season. Dallas is in firm control of the NFC East, but for the Cowboys to get back to an NFC Title and beyond, something they haven't done in 25 years, they're going to need Dak to get back to playing at an MVP-type level.
Dallas Cowboys defense dominates but struggles on offense continue as NFL playoffs come into focus. Dallas Cowboys defeated New York Giants 21-6 in front of a loud Cowboys laden crowd at MetLife Stadium. Dallas turned the Giants over 4 times and were +3 in the turnover margin vs. Mike Glennon and the 4-10 NY Giants. Giants have now had 5 straight seasons with 10+ losses and have 10+ losses in 7 of their last 8 seasons. Dallas was once again led by the team’s defense, DeMarcus Lawrence played his best game of the season as he led the team to two turnovers, including forcing a fumble on a punch out of the ball to Saquon Barkley.
Dallas Cowboys lose KC Chiefs reaction plus CeeDee Lamb injury update: Dallas Cowboys Schedule. Dallas Cowboys lose 19-9 to Kansas City Chiefs. Ari Temkin of the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network reacts to the Dallas Cowboys loss 19-9 to the Kansas City Chiefs. Dak Prescott did not play at an MVP Level as he was missing his LT Tyron Smith due to high ankle sprain and WR Amari Cooper who was on the COVID-19 List. Kansas City Chiefs have now won 4 straight and 5 of their last 6, which has put their poor start in the rearview mirror. Patrick Mahomes was 23-37 for 260 yards and 1 INT and fumble.
Dallas Cowboys lose to Denver Broncos: Dak Prescott and Cowboys offense flat, was this a blueprint? Ari Temkin of the Dallas Cowboys radio network reacts to the Denver Broncos beating Dallas Cowboys 30-16 in Week 9 of the NFL season. Dak Prescott was uncharacteristically bad in his first game back after suffering a calf injury in OT of the Cowboys victory over the New England Patriots. Dak missed the Minnesota Vikings, a surprise 20-16 victory behind a valiant effort from Cowboys back-up QB Cooper Rush. Dak returned on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at AT&T Stadium for the Cowboys 12pm CST kickoff against the Broncos and had one of his worst games as a pro. The Cowboys offense, which has been one of the best in the NFL, was anything but great in the loss to the Broncos. What can we takeaway from the Cowboys first loss since the opening week of the season?
The Dallas Cowboys Week 17 matchup vs. New York Giants could decide the NFC East, as long as Philadelphia Eagles beat the Washington Football Team. It's madness in the NFC East. Regardless of the outcome of the season the Cowboys can at best finish 7-9, which will hopefully not mask their fatal flaw in 2020. Here's my New Year's Resolution for the Dallas Cowboys in 2021.
