Portugal head coach Fernando Santos said Cristiano Ronaldo 'sets an example' for the nation after he was criticised after throwing away his captain armband after their 2-2 draw against Serbia. Ronaldo scored an injury-time winner that would have given Portugal the 3-2 win against Serbia, but the referee did not award the goal, with Ronaldo reacting with anger at the decision. Portugal trained ahead of their third Group A World Cup qualifier with Luxembourg on 30th March. Cristiano Ronaldo's team remain in second place levelled up with Serbia with four points. #2022WCQ #PortugalNationalTeam #CristianoRonaldo SOURCE: FPF Visit the WeShow Football store: https://www.youtube.com/weshowfootball/store #WeShowFootball features football highlights, previews, reactions and behind-the-scenes footage from the world's top leagues and federations.
