2021 CFL Playoffs Western Final Preview - Winnipeg Blue Bombers vs Saskatchewan Roughriders

After a thrilling Western Semi-Final between the Calgary Stampeders and Saskatchewan Roughriders. Four quarters and 60 minutes wasn't enough to decide it and ultimately the Saskatchewan Roughriders won it 33-30 in overtime to a chagrin against the Calgary Stampeders. For the third straight season the prairie rivals will meet on the road to the Grey Cup between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. However this time the Saskatchewan Roughriders will be heading into hostile territory at IG Field on Sunday, December 5th, 2021. Winner will be off to Hamilton, Ontario for the 108th Grey Cup at Tim Hortons Field where the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking to repeat as Grey Cup champions. Just like I've done with the semi-final preview videos and in the past. I break down what happened in the semi-final game and who and what stood out on both sides. Also will take a look at season series and playoff history before breaking down the match-up on all facets of the game. On paper this does look like a mismatch as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are heavily favoured being undefeated at home but never know in a one off playoff game. Especially against a heated rival.
