Habs beat the Jets 4-2 in thrilling game | Habs 2020-21 Season | Episode 28

The Montreal Canadiens were in Winnipeg tonight to play the Jets and would end up beating them by a score of 4-2. Jesperi Kotkaniemi would open the scoring in the 1st period. The 2nd period would bring Josh Anderson giving us a 2-0 lead for the Habs before Kyle Connor would shorten the lead with a powerplay goal but Tyler Toffoli would restore the 2 goal lead with under a minute to go. In the 3rd and final period Kyle Connor would score his 2nd powerplay goal of the game but Tyler Toffoli would put home the empty net goal for his 17th goal of the season. With this win the Canadiens are now 13-8-7 with 33 points on the season also snapping a 2-game losing streak in the process.
