Canadiens defeat Philadelphia Flyers 3-2 in a thrilling shootout | Habs 2021-22 Season | Episode 31

The Montreal Canadiens played at home tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers and would end up beating them 3-2 in a shootout. Artturi Lehkonen would open the scoring in the 1st period but in the 2nd period Max Willman and Jackson Cates would score to give the Flyers the 2-1 lead but late in the 3rd period Laurent Dauphin would score his 1st goal since December 2015 to tie the game and send it to overtime! No goals would be scored in the overtime period but in the shootout the lone goal would be scored by Jonathan Drouin to win the game for Montreal and give them a 7-21-3 record with 17 points in the Eastern Conference.
