What a massive result that was! Beating Wolves 1-0 last weekend wasn't just another three points in the bag and a much needed improved performance, it was also a statement to the other teams battling for the top six that David Moyes' men aren't done fighting just yet. Defeat could have been disastrous for our top-six hopes, due to so many of our rivals having several games in hand on us, but the three points means that our fate is back in our own hands after weeks of underwhelming performances. Moyes tweaked the system, opting for a back-five, and it did the trick with Wolves struggling to find answers in and out possession for much of the 90 minutes. Tomas Soucek's second-half winner was all it needed but in truth, it could've and should've been more on the day.
