Welcome in Slumpbusters! We officially have our first entrant in to the 2021 World Series. The Houston Astros were able to beat the Boston Red Sox by a score of 5-0 to win the ALCS in six games. Luis Garcia gave the Astros 5 2/3 strong innings with seven strikeouts. To put the Astros on the board Yordan Alvarez went 4-for-4 with an RBI while Kyle Tucker contributed a home run and three RBI's. Boston's lineup fell flat in games four, five and six with a combined three runs scored. Dusty Baker will try and win his first World Series as a manager while the Astros try and remove the stain on their 2017 World Series Championship.
