ICYMI: the Washington Capitals (37-20-10) went (2-1) this week keeping them 4th in the Metro and 8th in the Eastern Conference. They had a road/home back to back this past weekend and earned 2 points against the Buffalo Sabres (23-33-9) on Friday with a 4-3 SO win and followed it up by a 4-3 win over New Jersey Devils ( 23-37-5) on Saturday. The organization celebrated #NickBackstrom’s 1000th game and 1000th point at Capital One Arena and see what happens when #Nicky scores the go ahead goal.
