Montana traveled to Cedar City, Utah, to open its Big Sky Conference slate at Southern Utah. The Dec. 3 opener is the earliest in school history. Montana has beaten Southern Utah 15 of its last 16 tries, and has won 11 Big Sky openers in a row overall.
