Baby Takes Her First Steps During WNBA Halftime Race 🥹

She entered a baby crawl race… and walked instead. 🥹🏀 During halftime at a Las Vegas Aces WNBA game, baby Ada was participating in a baby crawl race when something completely unexpected happened. She stood up. And then she started walking toward the finish line. ❤️ Her father later shared that Ada had been practicing standing at home, but she hadn’t started walking yet. Apparently, she decided a packed WNBA arena was the perfect place to give it a try. 😭 It’s such a beautiful reminder that development doesn’t always happen according to a schedule, a checklist, or when adults expect it to. Babies are constantly developing new skills through movement, exploration, connection, opportunity, and their own individual readiness.
