West Ham United remains top of its Europa League group after a strong 3-0 over Belgian side KRC Genk. Set pieces were key to the win, with two centre-backs scoring the first two goals for the Hammers. Defensive duo Craig Dawson and Issa Diop have excelled in the Europa League this season, and both were awarded with goals in either half. The goals were almost carbon copies of each other; Aaron Cresswell crossed into the box and found the defenders, who headed the ball into the net. Jarrod Bowen scored the third goal. The win puts West Ham six points clear at the top of the group. In theory, this means David Moyes's side is one win away from moving onto the knockout stages. It is an exciting though, and it shows that West Ham can compete in Europe. How far do you think West Ham can go in Europe? Comment below.
