Habs beat Golden Knights 5-4 in shootout | Habs 2019-20 Season | Episode 50 | Regular season

The Montreal Canadiens at home beat the Vegas Golden Knights in what turned out to be an intense Hockey game despite being 3-0 Habs after the 1st period with goals to Nick Cousins, Ilya Kovalchuk, and Joel Armia opening the scoring and after a 3-2 lead in the 3rd period followed with Nick Cousins' 2nd of the night the Knights would tie with 2 minutes left and force overtime then a shootout. In the shootout it's Ilya Kovalchuk and Jonathan Marchessault scoring but Tomas Tatar would get the game-winner for the Canadiens! With this win the Canadiens are now 22-21-7 with 51 points for being tied 5th in the Atlantic Division with the Buffalo Sabres, and tied for 11th in the Eastern Conference.
