Fortunately, there is now sufficient evidence to be more confident in making recommendations regarding return to recreational and commercial diving after recovering from COVID-19. The recommendations contained in one of the articles (Sadler) forms the basis of the talk and offers guidance on return to diving based on the severity of the illness.
