The Samford Bulldogs women's basketball team, formerly the Samford Lady Bulldogs, is the intercollegiate women's basketball program representing Samford University in Homewood, Alabama, United States. Since 2008, the team competes in the Southern Conference , after leaving the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).

The Chattanooga Mocs women's basketball team, formerly known as the Lady Mocs, represents the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in NCAA women's basketball competition. The team is currently coached by head coach Katie Burrows, entering her first year, and play their home games at McKenzie Arena.The team has won 18 SoCon Tournament championships, five consecutively since 2013, and have made 15 NCAA Tournament appearances, most recently in 2017.

The Pete Hanna Center is the building housing the 4,974-seat Thomas E. and Marla H. Corts Arena on the campus of Samford University in Homewood , in the U.S. state of Alabama. It is home to the Samford Bulldogs basketball and volleyball teams, having replaced Seibert Hall.
