Vejsil Varupa iz Viteza za FK Sarajevo igrao je u prvom timu pune četiri godine. Standardni prvotimac u ovom klubu zadnju je utakmicu odigrao u dresu Sarajeva protiv Crvene Zvezde. Nakon toga odlazi u Hajduk iz Splita a zatim u Varteks iz Varaždina gdje ga i rat zatiče. Tu doživljava prometni udes u automobilu kojega je vozaio pijani vozač. Njegov suigrač je poginuo a on ostao invalid. Igrao je Vejsil i za reprezetaciju Ex Jugolsavije do 21 godinu preko 30 puta. Danas nema ništa. Bolestan i oštećen po svakom pitanju preživljava od mamine penzije. Jedno vrijeme radio je na dnevnicu ali kako bolest napreduje ni to ne može više. Živi s majkom i nema nikakvih drugih primanja. Ovaj bivši nogometaš treba pomoć svake vrste. Sve je dao za nogomet a zaradio siromaštvo. Jedna vrlo tužna priča.
