Grindsted
Grindsted with a population of 9,768 is the municipal seat and largest town of Billund Municipality, Denmark and belongs to the Region of Southern Denmark. It is located 42 km west of the major regional city of Vejle and 49 km northeast of the major harbour city Esbjerg.
Grindsted Municipality
Until 1 January 2007, Grindsted municipality was a municipality in Ribe County on the Jutland Peninsula in south-west Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 382 km², and had a total population of 17,379 (2005).

SunTour
SunTour was the most important Japanese manufacturer of bicycle components based in Osaka until 1988, when Sakae Ringyo Company (abbreviated S.R.), a major Japanese maker of aluminum parts, particularly cranks and seat posts, bought what was left of the bankrupt SunTour, and the combined companies are now known as SR-SunTour. SunTour reached a zenith of sales and commercial success from the late 1970s to the mid-1980s.

Skæring Hede was originally a large heath but today only a fraction of it remains as encroaching suburbs and areas with summer houses have gradually taken over much of the natural land in the area, through the 70s and 80s.
