Pandi a vorbit despre marele minus pe care îl au jucătorii din Superligă atunci când pleacă în străinătate, în contextul în care metodele de pregătire fizică ale lui Dorinel Munteanu la Oţelul Galaţi, care face un cantonament montan spartan, au fost ironizate de anumiţi oameni din fotbal. "Când plecăm afară, ăia de proşti ne pun să alergăm? Noi facem lucrurile cum trebuie, noi suntem super pregătiţi. De fapt, noi nu suntem. De aia facem toţi alergări cu ceasul la mână şase luni ca să-i prindem pe ăia. Pune-l pe Mazilu acum, unde s-a dus, să se ţină după ăia... Nu poţi să te ţii după ei. Nu poţi cu 2/4 să joci undeva afară. N-avem cum aşa, nu merge să facem nimic. Ne ducem afară, ne întoarcem. Marea majoritate se duc şi se întorc. În ziua de astăzi, cu toate astea, că alergăm 13 kilometri, ne dau ăia afară în 3 secunde. De ce, dacă facem lucrurile bine? Mă uit şi spun ce văd, nu putem să facem nimic.
