Cambrian & Clydach Vale Boys & Girls Club is a Welsh football club based in Clydach Vale in the Rhondda Valley. The club was founded in 1965 as Cambrian United and, after playing their football in the South Wales Amateur League for a number of years, they joined the Welsh Football League in 2005.

Haverfordwest County Association Football Club is a football team, playing in the Welsh Football League Division One, currently managed by Wayne 'Wolvesey' Jones and his assistant Tim Hicks. The club was founded in 1899 and was variously known as Haverfordwest FC, Haverfordwest Town, and Haverfordwest Athletic before adopting the current name, and plays at the Bridge Meadow Stadium, Haverfordwest, which accommodates 2,000 spectators.

It is 63 miles west of Swansea on the Milford Haven branch of the West Wales Line The usual service pattern is one train every two hours in each direction: southwards to Milford Haven; and east/northwards to Manchester Piccadilly via Swansea, Cardiff Central and Hereford.Whilst the station has two platforms (as the site of the only passing loop on this section), most trains use platform one as it is adjacent to the entrance and ticket office.

The Woodstock transmitting station is a broadcasting and telecommunications facility located at Woodstock about 13 km to the north east of the town of Haverfordwest, in Pembrokeshire, Wales (grid reference SN028261). It was originally built by the BBC, entering service in early 1964 acting as a main transmitter for the 405-line VHF television system, and as a repeater for Band 2 VHF FM radio received off-air from Blaenplwyf transmitting station.
