PFC Spartak Pleven is a Bulgarian football club from Pleven founded in 1919. The team's greatest achievements are the Bulgarian Cup final in 1957 and the third place in the Bulgarian Championship the following season. The team went bankrupt in January 2009 and officially ceased existence in June 2009. However at the beginning of 2010 the club was re-founded and currently plays in the B Group, the second level of Bulgarian football.

It is bounded by Ruse Peak and Asen Peak to the north and by Kuber Peak to the west and flows southeastward into Bransfield Strait.
