Nyköpings Hockey
Nyköpings Hockeyklubb was an ice hockey club from Nyköping, Sweden, which last played in the Division 1, the third tier of ice hockey in Sweden. The club was founded in 1990 as IK Nyköping Hockey 90 (or NH90), formed through the merger of Nyköpings HL and the ice hockey section of Nyköpings BIS. The club was renamed IK Nyköpings Hockey in 2003, before being given its final name in 2007.On 15 April 2014, after experiencing financial difficulties for several years, the club went bankrupt and ceased to exist.

Nyköpings BIS is a Swedish football club located in Nyköping. The club started out as a merger in 1966 between Nyköpings SK and Nyköpings AIK. Since their foundation Nyköpings BIS has participated mainly in the middle divisions of the Swedish football league system in particular Divisions 2 and 3.

Väsby IK HK is a Swedish club and the ice hockey section of the Swedish sports club Väsby IK. At the end of the 1986–87 season, Väsby achieved one of the greatest upsets in the history of Swedish hockey by achieving promotion to the top division of Swedish ice hockey. The team's time in the top league would be short however, as the team finished last in the first round of the following year's Elitserien season and were sent down to the Allsvenskan spring series after Christmas, where they failed to re-qualify for the following Elitserien season and were ultimately relegated to the second tier league.

The Nyköping Banquet was King Birger of Sweden's Christmas celebration 11 December 1317 at Nyköping Castle in Sweden. Among the guests were his two brothers Duke Valdemar and Duke Eric, who later that night were imprisoned and subsequently starved to death in the dungeon of Nyköping Castle.
