Oleg KUBAREV (Aleh Kubarau) va fi ajutat de secundul Sergey (Sarhei) Kuzminich și antrenorul de portari Eduard Tuchynski (toți Belarus). Din stafful tehnic va face parte și Sergiu Sîrbu. Oleg KUBAREV, în vârstă de 47 de ani (08.02.13) a mai activat în calitate de antrenor la următoarele cluburi: SKAF Minsk, Akademia-Slavia, Lokomotiv Minsk, Drida Minsk Raion, FK Minsk, Torpedo Zhodino, FK Gomel (toate Belarus) și Spartaks Jurmala (Letonia). Kubarev a jucat pe post de mijlocaș la Torpedo Zhodino, SKAF Minsk, Vityaz Vitebsk, Metallurg Molodechno (toate Belarus), Kenty (Polonia), BelAZ Zhodino, Molodechno (ambele Belarus), Samotlor-XXI Nizhnevartovsk (Rusia), Vairogs Rezekne (Letonia), Yelimay Semipalatinsk (Kazahstan), Torpedo-Kadino Mogilev, Lida și Akademia-Slavia (toate Belarus).
