The team is owned by Terrafirma Realty Development Corporation and originally played under its affiliate company Columbian Autocar Corporation (under the Kia (Sorento, Carnival, Picanto), Mahindra (Enforcer, Floodbuster) and Columbian (Dyip) brands).
The Terrafirma Dyip first participated in the Philippine Basketball Association draft on August 24, 2014, two months before their first PBA season. The Dyip (then-known as Kia Sorento) entered the league through expansion together with Blackwater Elite.
The Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters is a professional basketball team owned by Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. which debuted in the Philippine Basketball Association in the 2016 Commissioner's Cup.
