Cardiff Corinthians F.C. are a football club from Cardiff, Wales. They play in the South Wales Alliance League Division One.

2007–08 Llanelli Scarlets season

The 2007–08 season was the fifth in the history of the Llanelli Scarlets regional side. The season saw the Scarlets compete in three competitions: the Celtic League, the EDF Energy Cup and the Heineken Cup.

Scarlets

The Scarlets are one of the four professional Welsh rugby union teams and are based in Llanelli, Wales. Their home ground is the Parc y Scarlets stadium.

The 2008–09 season is the sixth in the history of the Scarlets regional side. The season will see the Scarlets compete in three competitions: the Celtic League, the EDF Energy Cup and the Heineken Cup.

Cardiff Blues

Cardiff Blues are one of the four professional Welsh regional rugby union teams. Based in Cardiff, the capital of Wales, the team play at Cardiff Arms Park and are owned by Cardiff Blues Rugby Ltd, who also own and run Cardiff Rugby Football Club.

Cardiff Blues vs Leicester Tigers (2008–09 Heineken Cup)

The second semi-final of the 2008–09 Heineken Cup, the premier European club rugby union competition, saw Cardiff Blues take on Leicester Tigers at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on 3 May 2009. The scores were level after regular time and neither team was able to score during extra time, resulting in the first ever penalty shoot-out in a professional rugby union match.

Cardiff Metropolitan University Football Club are a Welsh football club, of the Athletic Union of Cardiff Metropolitan University, based in Cyncoed, Cardiff that plays in the Cymru Premier. The club badge features the bowman with the words 'I lwyddo, rhaid chwarae' which is translated as 'To succeed, [one] must play'.

Llanelli Town Association Football Club are a semi-professional Welsh football club that plays in the Welsh Premier League. The original club was wound up on 22 April 2013 at the High Court in London following a petition presented by HM Revenue and Customs.

Llanelli Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union club founded in 1875 (though often recorded as 1872). The club began the 2008–09 season at their historic home ground of Stradey Park in Llanelli, but moved in November 2008 to the new Parc y Scarlets in adjacent Pemberton.
