It’s been a good weekend for local football with Gibraltar scoring a goal over Latvia in a return to International football. The packed Victoria Stadium was not disappointed with the International friendly, matches for which have, over the past four years, been played in Faro. Interestingly the last on the Rock was also against Latvia, with the 5-0 defeat; a different story. Well done Liam Walker, who scored the goal and a good start for Desi Curry as Interim Head Coach.
