Game one went well, I'd say Tigers lead the series 1-0! Game 2 of 3 of the Tigers (2-2) playing host to the Red Sox (1-3) in Detroit! Well game one went well for the Tigers, but the take-away from that game is less how good Matt Manning looked as a pitcher and how slow the offense is looking early this season. We can only hope that the bats come to life sooner or later, but in the meantime we can rely on superb pitching to get wins early in the season. What a start by Matt Manning last night! Great defense backed up quality pitching which held a great offense to just 1 run on 4 hits. Let's hope the Tigers can repeat their good pitching from yesterday and the bats come to play! For the Red Sox, they pitched well last night but their offense just didn't get going. They seem to be struggling from the plate like the Tigers early this season. Chicago White Sox vs Detroit Tigers Live Stream And Hanging Out
RUBBER MATCH! Game 3 of 3, and the series is tied at 1-1! The Tigers (1-1) play host to rival Chicago White Sox (1-1) here in Detroit for the season opener for both teams whose taking the opening series?! Well game two did not go the Tigers way did it? The offense really just did not get going in any kind of a consistent way, which will happen from time to time especially early, and the White Sox were able to get enough runs to keep the distance from the Tigers from the get go. We can only hope the Tigers offense starts to match what has been solid play otherwise from the other two facets of the game. Lets just hope for game 3 all 3 aspects click together. Detroit Tigers vs Toronto Blue Jays Live Stream And Hanging Out!
Alright, another preseason game! But this time next week some teams will be playing regular season games, and the Tigers will be playing their opener in a week + 1 day. Today though the Tigers (5-5) head to the Blue Jays (6-5) ST site to play some baseball, of course. As usual, this game should be fun to watch until both teams start thinning out their starters and the prospects left in camp get to play and make their case for a spot on either roster. We usually leave around the 7th inning in these types of games, so unless we are having a really good stream or the games enjoyable we might be dipping out around then; it gets kind of weird with the prospects. Detroit Tigers vs Philadelphia Phillies Live Stream And Hanging Out!
Well, we tied them the last time we played so maybe this one will have a winner! The Tigers (1-2-1) will play the Phillies and the Tigers are the away team this afternoon. As per usual, we will see most or a decent amount of both teams starters until around the 6th inning, and then the prospects will take over the game and thats when it will become sort of a watch for the future. But there is always something to watch for the first several innings, and we will see how the expected starters look against a good Phillies team if they run out some of their starters. ALRIGHT! Baseball is, almost, finally, BACK! Javier Baez first appearance as a Tiger today! Well game one ended in a tie for our Spring opener, so we'll hope this game goes the Tigers way, or maybe the Pirates will jump up and smack us around; its the preseason so its hard to figure out how things will go once the teams replace the starters with roster hopefuls. Pirates will be the home team, and should be fun as both teams are usually playing games in Spring against one another, so lets hope this is as good as the games in the past. THURSDAY. NIGHT. FOOTBALL! This should be an...interesting game as the Buccaneers (4-1) head to Philly to take on the Eagles (2-3). The Bucs come in playing as most expected they would, dominating teams and really not looking too challenged in-route to their great record. The Eagles though come in playing better? than most would have thought they would be playing. They seem to be in some of their losses and have even won 2 games when most people thought this season would be an obvious tank it out season. So the Eagles seem to be ready to defend their nest from Brady and company, but will this defense be enough to stop what has been one of the NFL's best offenses this season? Philadelphia Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys Live Stream And Hanging Out!!
MONDAY. NIGHT. FOOTBALL! Alright well this should at least be a fun game as neither one of these teams like one another! The game will feature the Cowboys (1-1) hosting the Eagles (1-1) in a game that could decide who slides into first place. The last season for the NFC East was not the best as a team that was sub .500 was able to win the division and host a playoff game. So a win here in Week 3 could decide the division, though we'd never know it. For the Eagles, they looked good in Week 1 but crashed back to Earth vs the 49ers. Though at times they did look pretty good against a hard team to play. For the Cowboys they've looked good, minus their defense in Week 1, so far this season. They took it to the wire against the Buccaneers, and beat a solid Chargers team holding them to under 20 points in the process. Detroit Tigers vs Cincinnati Reds Live Stream And Hanging Out!!
Game 3 of 3 of the Tigers playing the Reds and the series is tied at 1-1! Well game two wasn't like the first game as the Tigers bats weren't able to keep up with the breakneck pace they'd been on for a couple of games falling to the Reds 7-4. A normal day the Tigers might have been able to win with what they were able to score, but the pitching quite didn't have it last night as they gave up the 7 runs. But we still have a chance to take this series and hurt the playoff chances of the Reds; all we need to do is win and to win we know what we need we need to pitch well, play good defense, and of course hit the ball in a timely fashion.
