James Harden, in Paris for Fashion Week, was seen on a video with French police Thursday afternoon. Harden was not arrested and was never taken into custody. French media reports said that the Brooklyn Nets star, who's been seen around Paris with Kanye West and Lil Baby, was on the street when a car was stopped after police smelled cannabis. Reports say three people in the car, including Lil Baby, were arrested and taken to a Paris police station. Harden was apparently nearby and tried to intervene and was briefly detained, but was let go. The Houston Rockets are planning to keep James Harden away from the team until they can complete a trade involving the unhappy star. Houston's front office is currently weighing the best final trade offers from the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. Rockets coach Stephen Silas told reporters that Harden would not be at Wednesday's practice, one day after the former league MVP said the team is "just not good enough" following a blowout loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. "We felt that it was best for the group and best for James not to come to practice," Silas said. #JamesHarden #PressConference #JohnWall #Trade #Rockets ๐ Follow TopFanTV on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/topfantv ๐ Follow TopFanTV on Twitter - https://www.twitter.com/topfantv ๐ LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE for more
Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry scored a career-high 62 points in a 137-12 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night. Curry finished the game going 18-for-31 from the field, 8-for-16 from beyond the arc and 18-for-19 from the free-throw line to go with five rebounds and four assists in 36 minutes. After struggling to find a rhythm through the first week of the season, Curry started off the game hitting from all over the floor, scoring 22 points in the first quarter. It marked the 27th time he has scored 20 or more points in a quarter during his career. The Blazers had no answer for Curry's dominance as the All-Star guard found enough space to launch the patented long-range shots that have defined his career. After one three-pointer midway through the fourth quarter, Curry held up his follow-through and looked up in the seats, covered on one end of Chase Center by large blue tarps, trying to generate the excitement that hovered over so many of his performances at Oracle Arena. After hitting his eighth three of the game with just under a minute left, Curry excitedly raced down the floor with his arms down by side and was greeted by a smiling Draymond Green. Curry checked out soon thereafter and received hugs from his teammates on the Warriors bench. After the game ended, Blazers players offered Curry congratulations and Blazers star Damian Lillard offered a hug on his way off the floor. #StephCurry #62points #Warriors ๐ Follow TopFanTV on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/topfantv ๐ Follow TopFanTV on Twitter - https://www.twitter.com/topfantv ๐ LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE for more
