Campeones, campeones, ole ole ole... Norwich City clinch their second EFL Championship title in three seasons with a comprehensive victory over Reading. Kieran Dowell's brace, a second goal in as many games for on-loan left-back Xavi Quintilla and Teemu Pukki's 26 league goal of the campaign helped take Daniel Farke's men to a club-record 96 points, with one fixture remaining.
