Middlesbrough 2 Reading 1 - Saturday 27th April The final home game of the season saw Boro take all 3 points and keep their slim hopes alive of sneaking a play-off place. After going 1-0 down to an absolute screamer from young Danny Loader Boro got back into it with a goal from the returning Lewis Wing. Boro then took the lead in the 39th minute with a well taken Britt Assombalonga penalty. UTB! Swansea City 3 Middlesbrough 1 - Saturday 6th April Throughout the first half Boro were out played on both flanks by Nathan Dyer and Daniel James, everytime the two of them cut inside our defence looked like headless chickens running around. As we got into the second half Pulis made two changes with Britt and Fletcher coming on, they looked to make a difference but it didn't happen as Swansea held there nerve and counter attacked our so called game plan and punished us with a third goal to keep all 3 points here in Wales. Middlesbrough 0 v Bristol City 1 - Tuesday 2nd April Cold, wet, windy and another miserable night at the Riverside for Boro Fans. Boro once again paid the penalty for failing to take their chances when Webster headed home for Bristol City in the 31st minute to take all three points. That's five defeats on the bounce for Boro now and a terrible dip in form at the worst possible time. The pressure is mounting on Tony Pulis as fans once agains voiced their dissaproval with a chorus of boos at the final whistle. Away day vlog join AJT and James to their trip to Villa Park a smooth journey down to the midlands apart from taking the wrong turn adding half of hour to the journy. We made it there in time.Cold windy day and to make it worse we traveled all that way to get beat 3 - 0.
