Sights, sounds and celebrations from a hard-fought Barry Town win against Cwmbran Celtic in the MacWhirter Welsh League. This match at Jenner Park saw Barry reduced to ten-men early on with the dismissal of Christian Doidge - only for the Dragons to come roaring back and win the match 3-2.
Barry Town enjoyed their biggest away win of the season just days before Christmas in 1995 - running out 6-1 winners in South Wales against a Briton Ferry side that would eventually fend off relegation. Star man was top scorer Paul Hunter, who bagged a four-goal haul. The Barry side was Ovendale, T. Evans, Lloyd, Holtham , Batchelor, French, O'Gorman, R. Jones, Griffith, Hunter and Barnett, with Withers, Mayer and P. Giles as substitutes.
Barry Town lost 1-0 to Bridgend Town in their first Welsh League meeting this season. However, the Dragons had a number of chances to level - a number of which can be seen here. Also featuring Bridgend's penalty miss, and the return to Barry of former Town great Tony Bird.
