It was a thrilling end to the Suzuki Cup as Indonesia gave Thailand a good fight and drew 2-2 in the second leg of the final. They however lost 6-2 on aggregate as the War Elephants had won the first leg 4-0. Ricky kambuaya had given his side a dream start with his goal in the seventh minute, before Adisak Kraisorn levelled matters in the 54th minute. It was a game which had everything as Indonesia beat an eight-man Singapore 4-2 after extra time in the second leg of the Suzuki Cup semi-final, and 5-3 on aggregate. Ezra Walian opened the scoring in the 12th minute, before Song Ui-young grabbed the equaliser right before half-time. Shahdan Sulaiman then sent a beautiful free-kick into the top corner in the 74th minute, before Pratama Arhan equalised again three minutes from time.
