#3 Alabama vs Auburn THRILLING Ending | 2021 College Football
The college football game between Alabama and Auburn had an absolutely as Alabama avoided a major upset on the road, defeating Auburn 24-22 in four overtimes. Alabama trailed 10-3 with about one minute left, but amazingly, Bryce Young led them on a 97 yard touchdown drive with no timeouts left to tie the score at 10-10 and force overtime. Then, each team scored a touchdown and field goal in the first two overtimes to make the score 20-20. In the third overtime each team converted their two point conversion to make it 2-22. Finally, in the fourth overtime Auburn failed to convert and Alabama did convert, giving them a hard fought 24-22 victory over Auburn on the road. With the win, Alabama keeps their playoff hopes alive and improves to 11-1. Miami vs Florida State THRILLING Ending | 2021 College Football
The college football game between Miami and Florida State had a thrilling ending as Florida State rallied to beat their bitter rival for the first time in five years. With 11 minutes left, Miami scored a crazy 35 yard touchdown to take a 28-20 lead over Florida State. Florida State responded with a long drive and kicked a field goal to make it 28-23 with just under five minutes remaining. Then, the Seminoles defense made a stand and got the ball back with two minutes left. FSU QB Jordan Travis completed a deep ball on the first play of the possession to put them in the red zone. Then, on fourth and 14, Travis completed another big pass to put FSU right at the Miami goal line with just one minute left. Florida State eventually scored a touchdown with 26 seconds left to take a 31-28 lead. Florida State stopped Miami and held on for a thrilling 31-28 victory. The college football game between Michigan and Michigan State had an exciting ending as Michigan State rallied from down by 16 points to win the game. Michigan led 30-14 in the third quarter, but two Michigan State touchdowns allowed them to tie the game early in the fourth quarter. Michigan responded with a field goal and got the ball back with seven minutes left. They then fumbled on a handoff exchange and Michigan scored a touchdown with five minutes left to take a 37-33 lead. Michigan got the ball back in the final minutes but threw a game losing interception and Michigan State held on for a 37-33 victory. #13 Ole Miss vs Tennessee WILD Ending | 2021 College Football
The game between Ole Miss and Tennessee had a wild ending. However, this wild ending not due to the football side of things, but rather the actions of the fans. Trailing 31-26 late, Tennessee needed to convert a 4th and 24 to stay alive. They completed a 23.5 yard pass and were ruled just short of the first down. After reviewing the play, the refs determined the call on the field stood. The Tennessee fans in Knoxville were not happy about this... they littered the field with debris and trash for 20 minutes and caused the game to be delayed. Both teams had to evacuate their sidelines, Lane Kiffin got hit by a golf ball, the cheerleaders and bands had to leave the field, and a mustard bottle was on the field. After the lengthy delay, Tennessee was able to force Ole Miss to go 3 and out and got the ball back with 30 seconds left. They were able to drive all the way down to the Ole Miss 21 yard line, but were unable to score on the last play as backup QB Joe Milton came up short on a run. Ole Miss held on for a wild 31-26 over Tennessee in Knoxville. The SEC will likely be taking some form of action against Tennessee for how the fans acted. The game between top ranked Alabama and Texas A&M had an ending to remember as the Aggies stunned Alabama. Alabama took a 38-31 lead with 5 minutes remaining, but Texas A&M quickly answered, evening the game at 38-38 with three minutes remaining. On the game tying TD pass, Texas A&M Zach Calzada was injured and had to be helped off the field. Texas A&M's defense forced an Alabama three and out on the following possession and got the ball back. Zach Calzada heroically came back in the game and led the Aggies all the way down inside the Alabama 10 yard line. Texas A&M kicker Seth Small nailed the game winning field goal with no time remaining, giving the Aggies a stunning 41-38 win over Alabama. With the loss, Alabama's streak of 100 victories over unranked teams came to an end. The game between Clemson and NC State had a thrilling ending as the game went to double overtime before NC State pulled off a stunning upset over the ninth ranked Tigers. NC State had a chance to win at the end of regulation, but missed a potential game winning field goal. In overtime the two teams each scored a touchdown on their first possession. In the second overtime, NC State came up with a sick 25 yard touchdown to take a 27-21 lead. Then on their possession, Clemson was stopped on fourth down and NC State pulled off the upset, winning the game 27-21. With the loss, Clemson shockingly falls to 2-2 on the season. The Bulldogs were led by QB Jake Haener, who put together a heroic performance in the fourth quarter. UCLA appeared to have the game sealed when they scored to go up 37-33 with 54 seconds left. Despite being in obvious pain, Haener led the game winning drive and threw the game winning touchdown pass with just 14 seconds remaining.
