Jake Peden's behind-the-back shot in the third period highlighted a day full of scoring for the Tar Heels, as the strong offensive output led the Heels to their third win of the season.
The Tar Heels wrapped up non-conference play with a 20-point win over the Harvard Crimson. The Tar Heels had 5 players score in double figures, including Luke Maye who led the way with 14 Points and 7 Rebounds.
Senior Quarterback Manny Miles threw his first career touchdown pass to end the first half on a Hail Mary to Tight End Jake Bargas. It was also the first touchdown reception of Bargas' Tar Heel career.
Senior Luke Maye led the way for the Tar Heels with 24 Points and 7 Rebounds, while Sophomore Garrison Brooks added a career-high 20 Points. Cameron Johnson hit 5 three-pointers, and Freshmen Nassir Little, Coby White, and Leaky Black made their Tar Heel debuts.
At 5am on 11/17 the men's lacrosse team got together with Army ROTC for conditioning, tactical training, and Camaraderie.
