The Lions fought back from being 1-0 down, after Jordan Young's early strike for Gloucester City, to win 2-1 after two quick fire second half goals. Lebrun Mbeka netted the equaliser before Regan Hutchinson's cross was put into his own goal by Tom Harrison to seal Guiseley's first win of the season and in 2021. The Lions started the 2021/22 season with a defeat to AFC Fylde. Jordan Thewlis and Hamza Bencherif netted but a brace a piece from Nick Haughton and Ben Tollitt sealed a win for The Coasters in the Vanarama National League North. Commentary by: Chris Bell and Ivor Timmis

The Lions secured their first Buildbase FA Trophy win in four years with Kaine Felix and Adam Haw netting. It was Adam Haw's second senior goal and first at Nethermoor!
