Hornets vs Hawks
The Hornets take on the Atlanta Hawks in early action today at the Spectrum Center. The Hornets defeated the Hawks in both games earlier this season so there is no doubt that the Hawks are coming to NC seeking revenge. The Hornets will not be at full strength again today but neither will the Hawks who are also missing key players in Reddish, Collins and Snell. Should be an interesting game as these teams try to remain in the play off hunt and are both one and two in the Southeast conference standings. Lets Go Hornets!
Hornets vs Heat
The Hornets host the Miami Heat tonight at the Spectrum Center looking for their 5th straight home win. The Hornet outlasted the Heat in their last match-up 129-121, in Miami. The Heat may be without a few key players including Jimmy Butler and Goran Dragic and newly acquired Victor Oladipo, listed as day to day, which means he will probably play against the Hornets. For the last time I will say this and then move on. The Hornet are without superstar rookie Lamelo Ball for the rest of the season so it has to be next man up for them. Good thing they have a reliable point guard in Devonte Graham, who has played wonderfully in the last few ball games, The Hornets lead the Heat in every statistical category still the match up predictor put the Heat over the Hornets at 53%.
