Steelers slump ends with a 28-24 comeback win over the Colts
Joe and Brian talk about a tale of two halves as they went from abandoning all hope for the Steelers 2020 season to being reinvigorated with whatever helped Pittsburgh’s offense overcome a 17-point deficit in their 28-24 comeback victory over the Indianapolis Colts. It was an ugly first half for the Steelers, continuing the slump that saw them lose three-straight games in December. Weekly WTF: Dropped opportunities for the Steelers, and more during Week 13
The Steelers offense has been plagued with the league’s most dropped passes, which caught up to them in a loss to the Washington Football Team Monday night. In that same game the Steelers couldn’t get one yard when it mattered and they also conceded three points to a field goal opportunity given to Washington for an “administrative error”. WTF?! Around the NFL there were other WTF moments, such as the Jets final play against the Raiders, $100-million-dollar quarterbacks getting benched, and the Chiefs being tested by division rivals.
