Arizona's second game of the season couldn't have gone much better as the Wildcats used a few big run to pull away and eventually earn a 54-point win over UT-Rio Grande Valley on Friday night at McKale Center. The Wildcats played through their bigs and starting center Christian Koloko and starting power forward Azuolas Tubelis combined for 38 points and 20 rebounds in the win against an undersized Vaqueros squad. For the first time at McKale Center in front of fans, Tommy Lloyd was able to see his team go to work against an opponent Monday night. Arizona hosted Eastern New Mexico in what will be its lone exhibition ahead of next week's season opener, and the Wildcats came away with a dominant 96-50 victory over the Greyhounds.
