He fell victim to spinner Zahid Mahmood. Apart from the two openers, none of the batsmen of Multan Sultans could stay on the crease for long and kept returning to the pavilion after getting caught in the bowling trap of Quetta Gladiators from time to time. Shaun Masood 1, Riley Russo 3, Sohaib Maqsood 2, Khushdal Shah 19, Carlos Braithwaite 4, Sohail Khan 8, Imran Tahir 14 and Shahnawaz Dhani were out without scoring a run.
