La Baule-Escoublac, commonly referred to as La Baule, is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department in western France. A century-old seaside resort in southern Brittany with beautiful villas, casino, luxury hotels and an original mix of old Breton and exclusive seaside culture with a 12 kilometer-long sand beach, La Baule has long been home to French high society's seaside residences.
