Yeh my second scottish team is back playing today up at Dumbarton the Harry Wraggs that's Partick Thistle .



Brian Gallacher of Kilmarnock in 1983. The forward started at Dumbarton in 1977 before moving to Killie in 81. Signed for St Mirren in 1984 & finished his career at Partick Thistle & Albion Rovers  scoring 90 goals in 408 apps. Notched a European hat-trick for Saints in 1985.

Saint of the Day: 4 Feb is the Feast of St Modan. Son of an Irish chieftain, he became a monk and built a chapel at Dryburgh in 522. He evangelised in Stirling & Falkirk.  He died a hermit in Dumbarton. Modan is depicted in one of the great windows at @UofGlasgow Bute Hall.
