Are The Warriors Better Or Worse With Chris Paul?

One of the biggest trades that happened this summer in the NBA was that of Chris Paul when he was traded by the Phoenix Suns to the Washington Wizards for Bradley Beal, and although that was a surprise for everyone, that trade was quickly overshadowed when the Golden State Warriors decided to trade Jordan Poole for Chris Paul from the Wizards. this was a surprise for two reasons, One was that the Warriors got rid of their young talent Jordan Poole, many suspected that the Warriors would have to deal with the problem of Draymond Green and Jordan Poole sooner or later because of what happened between them last summer but everyone thought that they would keep Jordan Poole since he is younger and showed a lot of improvement the prior season. The Other reason is that they trade such a young talent for such an old guy, Chris Paul is 38 years old and will be turning 39 this year so he doesn't have a lot of gas left in the tank in terms of playing time. And so the question that has to be asked is are they better or worse now than when they started the summer? and I think the answer to that is they are worse off, because of how old and injury-prone Chris Paul has become, This trade made no sense two months ago and makes no sense today. Chris Paul had trouble playing last year in the playoffs due to injuries and this has been a problem for Chi's paul for a lot of his career dating back to his Los Angeles Clippers days and most notably in 2018 when he missed a crucial game 7 against the Warriors when he played for the Houston Rockets. so his propensity to get injured makes him a liability and thus makes the worse not to mention how he can't defend well at his ripe old age of 38. So that is the verdict The Warriors got worse with this trade, they could've traded Jordan Poole for someone else I would've liked it if they tried to trade for someone like Karl Anthony-Towns not a 38-year-old Chris Paul. Kevin Durant Proved He's Not A Top 5 Player The NBA

Kevin Durant fell off and it's time we talk about Kevin Durant and the truth about him. It's no longer acceptable to compare Kevin Durant to the likes of LeBron James and Steph Curry because to do so would be. to disrespect the former. Because Kevin Durant has yet again failed to win a championship outside of Steph Curry. Kevin Durant's entire career can be split up into 3 phases and those phases are Pre- Steph Curry, Steph Curry era, and Post-Steph Curry. Now if you are a person that is highly regarded in your profession it's not a good look to have your entire legacy tied to someone else, it's not a good look and it's safe to say that you probably are not going. to make the top 10 list of anything and that is telling of Kevin Durant. After Kevin Durant failed to beat the Warriors in 2016 he joined the Golden state warriors team that had eliminated him in the playoffs the same year. We all know how that went, Kevin Durant went on to win two championships with the Warriors and two finals MVPs, but something wasn't right, even after winning the thing he sought after so much something did sit right there he was in June two years in a row with an NBA final in one hand and a championship in the other and the fans were still praising Steph curry. Furthermore, even though he had just helped the Warriors who had recruited him it seemed as if they still didn't respect him, evident by how Draymond Green treated him and called him names. So Kevin Durant decided he needed to win somewhere else if he was ever going to get the respect he deserves. So he joined the team with Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn and tried to make it work there but he found that he couldn't get the job done with Kyrie just like how he couldn't get it done with Russell Westbrook. and this is where the comparisons between him and Lebron James became unfair because Lebron was able to win with Kyrie Irving But Kevin couldn't. When that team fell apart and Kyrie left he asked to be traded to the Phoenix Suns yet another super team. but two days ago he just got eliminated from the playoffs and so now he has played with stars like Kyrie Irving, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Stephen Curry, and James Harden and the only player that helped him was Steph Curry. That's not good for his legacy because if he never wins a championship outside of Steph Curry he will forever be in his shadow. and that is the truth about Kevin Durant. This Is How to Fix The Los Angeles Lakers

Kyrie Irving is yet to be traded. to the Lakers and as time goes on and on it is starting to look like he will not be traded to the Lakers, The Lakers need to get better with or without Kyrie Irving so in this video I explain what the Lakers need to do in order to get better this offseason. We are about one month into the NBA offseason and the Lakers have done nothing to get better aside from signing a new head coach in Darvin Ham. Although that is a start it is far from being a big enough improvement. In my opinion, the Lakers need to Cut Russell Westbrook or trade him for pennies on the dollar. He is on a massive $47 million contract so it will be expensive to just dump him and eat up the dead money in the cap space but it will be worth it for the Lakers. Westbrook can't play with other superstars and he has proven to be unable to play with Lebron James and Anthony Davis. Next, The Lakers need to Cut Carmelo Anthony, Although Carmelo Anthony provides value on the offensive side of the ball he is a liability on the defensive side because of his age. He has not aged like Lebron James who Still seems to be in peak condition. Next, The Lakers need to acquire Buddy Hield from the Pacers, There are reports that The Lakers reached out to the Pacers for a possible trade and in my opinion, the Lakers need to get this deal don right away. Finally, The Lakers Need to Sign Scottie Pippen Jr. from their summer league Team to replace Russell Westbrook. Scottie has proven to be a great point guard with his court vision and his distributing skills, and that is just what the Lakers need in order to get better. That is how to fix the lakers. James Harden Is OFFICIALLY WASHED UP!

It Hurts to make this video but it has to be done. this has to be said, James Harden is officially washed. The James Harden that we knew is no longer. The James Harden we see before our eyes is a shell of his former self. In the playoff series against the Heat James Harden is averaging a mere. 18 points. This is really sad because James harden used to average 30 points a season and now he is reduced to this. He is reduced to averaging 18 points in crucial playoff games. James Harden's downfall began Last year when he suffered a hamstring injury. ever since then James Harden Has not been himself, he struggles to blow by defenders like he used to. His 3-point-making capabilities have dissipated. and it doesn't help that the NBA cracked down on foul-baiting. Something James Harden was notorious for exploiting. with all of his offensive schemes either watered down or taken away from him like the NBA cracking down on foul-baiting, James Harden has become a complete shell of his former self and it is saddening to see because James Harden Was my favorite player growing up.
