In this 21st edition of the annual competition, 10 of the world’s most accomplished Strongmen are once again taking on five iconic events: the Wheel of Pain, Austrian Oak, Elephant Bar Deadlift, Unspunnen Stone Throw, and Timber Frame Carry. As an exciting new development, the first official Arnold Strongwoman Classic is also being held concurrently, giving ten elite female athletes a shot at the very same five events as the men.
