This in my opinion is the best bowl game out of any bowl game in the College Football Bowl slate. The Florida Gators are a team coming off a two game losing streak but their last loss was too a very good Alabama Crimson Tide team. Florida has been one of the better football team's in college football. Kyle Trask had had a heisman season for Florida leading their offence to be one of the best scoring offences in the nation. Kadarius Toney has been a huge part of this Gators offence leading them in receiving. Star Tight End Kyle Pitts is not playing in this game as he has stated he will be prepping for the upcoming NFL Draft. Oklahoma on the other hand is a team who started off the season slow losing to Iowa State and Kansas State but the Oklahoma Sooners are now one of the best teams in all of college football. This Oklahoma Sooners defence has really stepped up and started shuting down offences. Spencer Rattler and Marvin Mims look to lead the offence to a Cotton Bowl Win. But who will win with Florida vs Oklahoma. It all comes downs to December 30th when we see Florida Gators vs Oklahoma Sooners in the Cotton Bowl. The SEC Championship is just around the corner and the game is already set. The Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the Florida Gators in this years SEC Championship game in Atlanta from Mercedes Benz Stadium. These two teams are fighting for a spot in the College Football Playoff. Not only that but Florida and Alabama both have the two top Heisman Front Runners in Kyle Trask and Mac Jones. Kyle Trask has made major improvements in this 2020 College Football season. Kyle Trask right now has thrown for 38 touchdowns and 3423 yards passing this season. Kyle Trask has hit his favorite target Kyle Pitts multiple time for touchdowns. Kyle Pitts is the best Tight End in College Football and one of the best overall players in college football. Kyle Trask also has weapons like Kadarius Toney, Trevon Grimes, Dameon Pierce, Malik Davis and Jacob Copeland. The Florida Gators have only lost one game this season as that was an early season loss to Texas A&M. But the Gators have had quality wins against the Georgia Bulldogs, Ole Miss Rebels and Arkansas. The Florida Gators offence has been the strength of this football team while the defence has had it's up and downs this season. Mac Jones had a big task in filling the shoes of Tua Tagovailoa. But Mac Jones has taken the lead roll at Alabama by storm. The Alabama Crimson Tide are currently undefeated and are ranked the number one team in college football. Mac Jones is also in the heisman race with Kyle Trask but Mac Jones has had some help in his campaign. Alabama has been known for elite Wide Receivers and Devonta Smith is no exception. Devonta Smith has been one of the best players in college football over the last couple of years. Devonta Smith can flat out play football. Along with him are two other of the greatest players in college football in Jaylen Waddle and Najee Harris. This Alabama offence is one of the greatest of all time and one that will be talked about for a long time. The Gators and Crimson Tide meet up on December 19th to determine who will be the SEC Champion for this season. But the question remains will it be the Florida Gators or the Alabama Crimson Tide. AP Polls: Georgia Bulldogs: After a very scary, 14-3 win over the Kentucky Wildcats last week, the Georgia Bulldogs are lucky to not fall in the polls and come into this game ranked 5th. Florida Gators: After a 41-17 win over Missouri Tigers last week, the Florida Gators are up 2 sports in the polls, from being ranked 10th to 8th. Series History: Georgia comes into this game with an all-time record of 52-43 against the Gators. They come into Saturday on a 3 game win streak against Florida, including very dominant performances in the past 2 years. Georgia Bulldogs: After a struggle last week from Stetson Bennett and the Bulldogs offence, against the Kentucky Wildcats, it will be interesting to see if they're up for the task this week. Stetson Bennett only passed 9/13, he not touchdown (TD) passes and threw 2 interceptions. The Bulldogs have become a little one dimensional, as they have began passing less and becoming more reliant on their star running back (RB), Zamir White. The UGA Bulldogs also suffered a massive loss on defense, with Georgia star safety (S), Richard LeCounte, going down with an injury. He got injured Saturday night in a biking accident, but was released from the hospital. Florida Gators: The Gators, whose offence includes college football (CFB) stars like Kyle Trask, Kyle Pitts and Kadarius Toney, is electric. It will be interesting to see who prevails....the Georgia Bulldogs defense or the Florida Gators offence. The Florida Gators defense played well last week. They had 3 sacks and held the Missouri Tigers to only 248 total yards on offence. Betting Lines: The UGA Bulldogs come into this game as (-3.5) point favourites, and sit at (-65) on the moneyline. On the other hand, the Florida Gators come into this game as (+3.5) point underdogs and have a moneyline value of (+145).
